Writing as j._ember via Instagram, the teas that you can get here are phenomenal. I love to hurry and get one super fast 5 minutes before school starts with my mom! The flavoring lasts FOREVER. Literally. And the Mega cup makes it so much better, because the drink lasts forever too! I've only ever had one shake, thanks to my mom, it was key lime pie, and even that was bomb! I'm happy to visit all the time. :) Totally recommend.

Yesterday while my husband was getting a hair cut , I happened on Uptown Nutrition. I went in to check it out. The girl that worked there was awesome she explained all about tea and shake. She made me a fantastic tea. I will be back!! I love ❤️ this place.

I love Uptown Nutrition! The environment is so fun and inviting. In the years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never had the employees be anything but phenomenal! Busy or slow! 10/10 recommend the Watermelon Jolly Rancher!

The staff is always so nice when I go in. Even when I ask for special modifications to my shakes, they always deliver excellent products and customer service! A place that’s always busy is a sign of good products and the products speak for themselves! My favorite place to get shakes and teas!!!

This is where I get my morning pick me up! I can't do a lot of sugars so instead of a morning coffee i have a morning tea. :) I enjoy the lift off drinks. The protein snacks pair well. And if I'm ever feeling a little under the weather, I'll grab an immune booster shot full of vitamins. The staff is always welcoming. There's also a cute little shop in the back that stays with the current holiday styles. Highly recommend!

Uptown Nutrition is the Best tea and shake shop around in all the surrounding areas!! They also have the friendliest staff!! I usually drink the same tea daily however I've recently been trying new flavors and Kayden & Tylar have not disappointed with giving me their suggestions!!!

I’ve personally never had a bad experience while in the nutrition shop!! The girls are always so welcoming, make conversation, and end it with, have a great day! And not to mention when I ask for 4-6 dry teas to go, they do it with a smile! This is why I have driven over an hour to visit your shop!!

The girls are so sweet and know orders without having to ask! The shakes & teas are always consistent and measured correctly. Such a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable seating. The owner always makes sure everyone is taken care of. If I’m ever running behind, I can call ahead and order or have it delivered from the sister location, downtown Nutrition.

If I could give a million stars, I would! The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful as well as creative when it comes to branching out and trying new delicious yet healthy drinks. My favorite shake is the peanut butter waffle and tea is currently the fun dip or gypsy. Check this place out when you can, you won’t regret it! Don’t forget to add aloe in your tea! 🥤💚

This place really is top of the line! I have been to many places like this and this has been the best 💯 I love how they have so much to choose from and if their out of stuff the girls are really quick to recommend what to replace it with, I get drinks here every single day and I look forward to sitting their and having conversations with them. A lot of times they remember what I get and if they don’t it’s only because I change it up. The energy balls and Herbalife bars are amazing I can mix those together with a tea and be full until lunch or even after! Love love love this place. I have so many good things to say about it.
